A key issue to be addressed by the plan is system governance and operational change management, strategic needs that GTG has increasingly addressed in its work with local government during the last several years.

GTG will conduct an initial set of interviews on-site at the City to gather information about the City’s current utilization of GIS and related technologies. A controlled and systematic analysis and evaluation will follow, which will form the basis for a strategic plan.
