Fifty Exhibits Registered for GIS in the Rockies

August 17, 2006 - Denver, Colorado – The program committee of the 2006 GIS in the Rockies Conference announced today that this year’s event will feature at least fifty (50) exhibits on the conference show floor. The 2006 GIS in the Rockies Conference will be held September 13 – 15, 2006 at INVESCO Field at Mile High stadium in Denver, Colorado.

Attendee registration numbers for the 2006 conference are up 30% over 2005 numbers. Given the increase in registration rates thus far, the 2006 conference is on track to be one of the biggest GIS in the Rockies conferences to date.

“We are very pleased to welcome such a diverse group of exhibiting companies at this year’s conference. Many of the exhibitors will also participate in the vendor showcase panel track, and we look forward to hearing about the latest GIS and Survey related products that are on the market,” said Mike Greer, Chair of the GIS in the Rockies Planning Committee.
