November 07, 2007 -- Norwich, VT -- Maponics announced today the official release of its telecom map data, a critical tool for analyzing and displaying market coverage areas and planning direct marketing initiatives. Accurate boundaries, flexible licensing and a la carte, customizable layers make Maponics Telecom Boundaries™ the best way to ensure market effectiveness while complying with FCC and anti-trust regulations.

Industry leaders are already using Maponics rate center and LATA boundaries, coupled with internal data, to advertise service coverage areas via interactive web-based mapping applications (also provided by Maponics). Ideal for direct marketing planning, several next generation telecom companies are also employing Maponics Telecom Boundaries to visualize ZIP Code and rate center overlap. This helps ensure that only households within contracted areas are targeted.
