PCI Geomatics to participate as bronze sponsor at ISPRS 2008 Beijing

Richmond Hill, Ontario – December 18, 2007:  PCI Geomatics, a world-leading developer of software and solutions for geospatial imaging applications, is pleased to announce its involvement as a bronze sponsor at the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) 2008 in Beijing, China.

In addition to the bronze sponsorship, PCI Geomatics will be exhibiting at the conference at booths #112 and 114.  Demonstrations will include PCI Geomatics’ best-of-breed desktop software Geomatica®, as well as a new set of Geomatica X highly-automated processing chains for satellite image correction.  PCI Geomatics will also be unveiling new GeoCapacity solutions for “on-demand” image mapping, and automated crop yield forecasting.

The theme of the 21st Congress of ISPRS is “Silk Road for Information from Imagery,” whereby the intention is to emphasize the sharing and international cooperation of photogrammetry, remote sensing and geo-information.  In attendance will be members of PCI Geomatics’ executive team, including President and CEO, Dr. Robert Moses.
