IceWEB Announces City of Baltimore Storage Appliance Contract Award

STERLING, Va., Nov. 24, 2010 — (PRNewswire) — IceWEB, Inc.™ (OTC Bulletin Board: IWEB), www.IceWEB.com, a leading provider of Unified Data Storage and building blocks for cloud storage networks, announced today that the City of Baltimore, Mayor's office of Information Technology, placed an order for an IceWEB storage appliance.

 

The IceWEB storage appliance will be used to support Baltimore's Geographic Information System (GIS) that will advance the input, processing and distribution of GIS information throughout Baltimore in support of various requirements from public safety, utility maintenance, planning, economic development, CitiStat, and other city agencies and stakeholders.
