It’s a challenging job market out there. Business school faculty need GIS and market segmentation tools to give their students real-world experience solving critical business problems.

Academic libraries can now make these tools available to students and faculty for use on a range of business, planning, sociology, public administration, and health policy projects including PEST and SWOT analyses—without the need for GIS training or expertise.

Join our panel of experts to see how using BusinessDecision with Esri’s Tapestry Segmentation prepares students for the job market with real-world class projects. The projects have used market segmentation to recruit students, increase tourism and support a non-profit organization.

The program will highlight:
• How market segmentation data is used in the real world to solve business problems
• How students and faculty use this data on projects that provide value to their institutions and communities
• The role of academic libraries in providing this data to faculty and students
