During the week our students work through the topic and assignment. If help is needed, the GIS Program instructors can meet virtually with the students online. In our meeting environment, the instructor can view the student’s screen and even click to resolve the problem.  After working through the lesson materials , the students turn in assignments that reinforce the objectives stated at the beginning of the course. Each topic has a set of resources varying from industry articles, to glossary of terms. During the last week, students will  complete a project that combines all of the skills acquired in the workshop.
