Following is a guest post from Rob Mott, Vice President, Geospatial Solutions for Intergraph Government Solutions.
Each year, the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) hosts its GEOINT Community Week, which brings together members of the defense, intelligence, homeland security, and geospatial communities for a week of briefings, educational sessions, workshops, and much more.
This year, Intergraph will be playing an instrumental role by hosting a unique training workshop that focuses on the effective use of geospatial intelligence workflows for disaster relief efforts.
On May 23rd at 8:30 a.m., Andrew Pursch, Technical Staff Consultant for Intergraph Government Solutions, will be highlighting how key geospatial solutions can help government agencies better respond to and mitigate natural disasters, which globally affects thousands of people and destroy billions of dollars in property every year.
