This video will demonstrate how to georeference a data file that has no spatial information associated with it (such as a jpeg of a satellite image) to have spatial information. This enables the user to add other geospatial layers to the ArcMap project and have all the layers lined up and projected properly. This tutorial will show you how to do so in ArcMap 9.
