| I do not understand what this file is all about.
There is no explanation of how to use it either on this page in the downloaded ZIP file; no explanation at all.
In the down loaded file there is not an executable.
There is a DLL, but no explanation of how to use it.
I'm looking for a program that will take ASCII data, formatted appropriately, and convert it to a shape file.
Any help hear would be appreciated.
