Dynamic Atlas is free to download and use.
Developed for the FAO-UN to help agencies and governments coordinate and share information, it gives comprehensive publishing and data analysis functionality through the creation and use of "Atlases".
Many atlases are currently online, and if you create a new one, you are welcome to publish it with Dynamic Planet as well.
