Enterprise Information Solutions, Inc (EnterInfo) provided comprehensive IT and GIS services to the Coordinated Highway Action Response Team (CHART). EnterInfo’s responsibility was to develop an Intranet and Internet interface allowing Maryland State Highway Administration Emergency Operation Reporting System (EORS) personnel to access emergency operation information in real-time.
