Obviously, extreme weather conditions e.g. windstorms or lightning can have a large impact on the infrastructure of an electricity supplier. In times of crises events it's necessary for the crisis management group to quickly get information about the outages and influences on the network. Based on this information the group has the ability to decide which actions can be taken to face the problems.
