The electric utility facility viewer GeoNorth developed for the Central Lincoln People's Utility District (CLPUD) is a simple, light-weight desktop application that enables staff in remote offices or working in the field to access detailed facility data and maps very quickly. This enables faster and better response to customer calls. This is important since CLPUD has seven offices and serves more than 32,000 customers in four counties covering more than 700 square miles along the stormy Oregon coastline.
