This product is really great, my team and I are trying it for a week now and it helped us to utilize our licenses very efficiently. We have 4 people and only 2 AV floating licenses, and we always had problems with people forgetting to release the license. Until last week...
At first I meant to buy another very expensive floating AV license, but it seems like I'm going to buy a some openlm seats instead.

| OpenLM is very useful if your company use floating licenses. I managed to double the number of workers using the existing pool of ArcGIS licenses (ArcView, ArcEditor).
Install is simple after I understood the way this software work.
