FS21 is the new flight planning and weather briefing system ordered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for its automated flight service stations (AFSS) across the USA. Developed by Lockheed Martin using Luciad's OGC-compliant Web Services Suite, FS21 provides more than 200,000 pilots with both pre- and in-flight services. The anticipated user frequency of the FS21 Pilot Web Portal is approximately 120 requests per second.
