www.mapwares.com -- Concatenator combines selected fields from a spreadsheet. It's a great tool for dealing with separate Map, Block, and Lot fields from an Assessor's database, or for combining street names, prefixes, and suffixes, like NORTH PLEASANT ST.
You're also given the option to include a text separator, like a "-". Doing so results in 2A, 035, and 0014 being combined into 2A-035-0014.
Concatenator works on a spreadsheet in comma-delineated format with one row of column headings. It's easy to export or cut and paste your data from its current format into the comma-delineated format. Once the parsing is done, it's just as easy to paste it back into the format of your choice.
