The City of San Diego is soliciting proposals for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for furnishing the City with support, maintenance and troubleshooting of the GPS vehicle modem communication devices. The Proposer will be required to provide services across three (3) City departments, maximizing operation status of modem communications, minimally 95% up time, preferably 99%.
