Manifold system provides a simple mechanism for enabling several different database platforms to function as a central GIS content management system. Once data such as drawings and images is shared and arranged in a central database it can then be used by GIS technical staff across your organization. It is even possible to leverage hosted database solutions to create a distributed shared editing platform for resources around the world. There are no specialised spatial enabling technologies required - drawings are stored without the need for any "add-on" technology.
