The Lebanon City Authority retained us to review and comment on the proposed water and sanitary sewer database design, and develop Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) methodology and tools to ensure quality data. Gannett Fleming Inc. was the vendor contracted to prepare the database design and perform data conversion services.
