  • December 05, 2011 -- Franklin, Tennessee - Smart Data Strategies, Inc. (SDS), a leading provider of Real Property Intelligence™ announced today that Maricopa County, Arizona will perform a Real Property Audit that will provide a review and evaluation of the best business practices for the Assessor’s office.  The three-phase audit will cover some 47,000 residential parcels and their improvements.
