FOSS4G-NA 2013 to be Held May 22-24, 2013 in Minneapolis, MN
Minneapolis, MN, April 23, 2013 The Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial - North America ( FOSS4G-NA) program committee has released the schedule for the upcoming 2013 conference. FOSS4G-NA 2013 will be held May 22-24, 2012 at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
When reached for comment conference chair, and Minnesota native David Bitner said: "Previous North American events have shown us how hungry the open source communities are to gather and strengthen the network of those working in the open source geospatial field. I look forward to welcoming my friends and colleagues to Minneapolis, a growing hotbed of open source development." Attendees can look forward to keynotes and concurrent sessions from noted open source developers and practitioners such as:

FOSS4G is an annual global conference organized by OSGeo that focuses on bringing together individuals and organizations working with free and open source geospatial software; FOSS4G-NA is a regional event for North America and being organized by a local committee, and supported by OSGeo.
