Jun 11, 2014 -- The British Association of Remote Sensing Companies (BARSC) is delighted to welcome The Drone Agency as their latest member.
Setup by entrepreneur Liza Butterworth, The Drone Agency is designed to be the link between skilled and specialist Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operators and the clients that need their services.
The Drone Agency’s roster of pilots stretches across the globe and hence the company is able to find the appropriate skills wherever and whenever they are needed.
Remarking upon The Drone Agency joining the Association, Chairman Alistair Maclenan said “BARSC exists to promote all British companies working within the field of remote sensing; a term that continues to encompass more and more applications and technology. The use of UAVs has expanded at a remarkable rate recently and I’d guess Liza and her team will be very busy in the coming months”
In reply, Liza Butterworth explained more about The Drone Agency and why she decided to become a member of BARSC; "The Drone Agency facilitates the commissioning of UAV operators and remote sensing organisations from a global database of equipment, experience and areas of expertise. Being a member of BARSC will help us monitor technological advances in remote sensing, ensuring that we provide our clients with the latest technologies.”
