San Diego is replacing its legacy system and rolling out Accela Right of Way Management and its core software modules on the Civic Platform.
The Accela Civic Platform, Accela Right of Way Management and other solutions are on display this week at the San Diego Convention Center during the Esri User Conference, an annual gathering for the Geographic Information System (GIS) software market. - Events and Incidents: Enabling the City to plan its events and avoid conflicts with other planned activities and projects in the right of way.
- Permitting: Upgrading its permitting process, eliminating duplicate data entry, facilitating a faster turnaround time, and detecting potential conflicts with other projects or permits.
- Citizens View: Giving San Diego residents a user-friendly, interactive website displaying roadway construction, traffic impacts and community events on a map, calendar, timeline and more.
