City of Aurora, Colorado Adds Land And Licensing Solutions On Accela Civic Platform

$3M Software Upgrade to Improve Turn Around Time for Permitting and Licensing Approvals

Currently an Accela Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) customer, the City of Aurora voted to approve the $3 million+ civic tech initiative to extend agency efficiencies around application approvals and processing, and improve the service experience for citizens.
