SANZ Expands Geospatial Solutions Group; Industry Leader Brian Soliday to Head Business Development

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—June 1, 2005— SANZ Inc. (OTCBB: SANZ), SANZ Geospatial Solutions Group, a leading provider of spatial data provisioning solutions, today announced the addition of geotechnology industry leader Brian Soliday as its vice president of business development for geospatial solutions. Soliday, who brings over 20 years of industry experience, will support the company's commitment to the growth of its EarthWhere(TM) product offerings.

Based out of the Englewood headquarters, he brings over 20 years geotechnology experience to the EarthWhere team. Prior to joining SANZ, Soliday was the vice president of global sales at LizardTech Inc., the leading supplier of compression technology to the imagery market. Soliday has also held senior management positions at companies such as Space Imaging and AutoDesk.
