GTI Releases Version 5.0 of GTViewer

MADISON, Ala.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Sept. 28, 2005— Graphic Technologies, Inc. (GTI) announced today the release of Version 5.0 of its flagship viewer and application platform GTViewer.

GTViewer offers a simple and engaging user interface, astonishing performance, and easy data management. GTViewer has gone beyond being just a viewer: it is a platform for developing sophisticated GIS applications including data collection, facility inspections, network tracing, spatial analysis, and data validation. GTViewer's ability to work with data from disparate GIS sources provides a unifying force in an increasingly complicated work environment.

GTViewer 5.0 includes streamlined usability, a rich Style Manager, geocoding, printing and redlining enhancements, new coordinate readout modes, the GTI Data Monitor, and much more.

"Our customers, although they have core geospatial systems based on ArcGIS, G/Technology, Smallworld GIS, FRAMME, and MicroStation, have chosen GTViewer for mobile and office use. Not just for view and query applications, but for spatial analysis, valve isolation, engineering analysis interfaces, and more," said Charlie Marlin, GTI consultant.
