position of CEO of the company with immediate effect. Gordon Oliver,
founder and former CEO, has taken on the role of Chairman of the Board.

Commenting on the new appointment, Gordon Oliver said "Andy joined LightWork
Design two years ago as General Manager of the LightWorks Division and has
played a key leadership role in restructuring the business, extending its
market-leading position and ensuring its ongoing future success. I am
delighted Andy has been promoted to the role of CEO and look forward to
working with him and his team in my new role as Chairman."

foundation for even smoother and faster upgrades; the LightWorks Contents
strategy increases the power and value of our customers' LWA-Enabled
rendering applications and gives their users access to a growing range of
industry standard LWA content, including materials that are exclusive to
LightWorks such as Mold-Tech and Roehlen surface finishes; and, with our
unique knowledge and experience of designing and supplying procedural shader
technology we are working in partnership with leading graphics hardware
suppliers to provide the ultimate interactive photorealism for our customers
