TrueContext Launches Pronto for BlackBerry: Self-Service Business Applications with BlackBerry Map Integration

ORLANDO, Fla.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—May 9, 2007— Wireless Enterprise Symposium - TrueContext today announced the availability of Pronto self-service for BlackBerry(R), making it easy for businesses to quickly and flexibly automate business processes for workers in the field without high upfront costs, new software coding, or server installations. With Pronto, for example, field sales teams can select CRM forms and back-ends, and download customized forms over the air to their BlackBerry smartphones. Pronto integration with BlackBerry(R) Maps allows mobile workers to quickly navigate to customer and work sites. Once on site, sales, service and other workers in the field can collect data while online or offline and have it securely sent to Pronto or directly into leading back-end CRM and ERP systems.

"We are very pleased to make self service and self configuration available with Pronto," said Jeff Lindauer, Chief Executive Officer at TrueContext. "Customers can now go to Pronto, configure, download and try a range of rich mobile sales, service, and data collection applications on BlackBerry."

"TrueContext came up with a cost effective solution which provides us with the ability to perform daily inventory reconciliations both efficiently and accurately," stated Rick Litt, President, Premier Couriers-El Paso, Inc., which uses Pronto on BlackBerry smartphones and bar code scanners. "The solution was flexible in that changes could be made to specifically meet our needs and the design and implementation process was amazingly quick and accurate."

"Mobilizing applications is one of the best ways for organizations to boost productivity and strengthen decision-making today," said Jeff McDowell, Vice President, Global Alliances, Research In Motion. "Innovative solutions for BlackBerry such as Pronto's self-configurable field force automation service can significantly benefit customers by enabling greater access to business applications to mobile professionals."

Major consumer brands use the underlying Pronto technology today to efficiently automate new credit card applications at events, retail merchandising audits, sales order entry, mobile access to CRM, field service management and much more. Pronto solutions for the BlackBerry wireless platform can be seen at the Wireless Enterprise Symposium at the TrueContext booth #115/B9
