Fairfax, VA -- April 3, 2008 – 3001, the geospatial company ®, a leading provider of airborne mapping and geospatial data production services, today announced they will be part of a team lead by CACI International, Inc.(NYSE: CACI) on a recently awarded Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) contract by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). CACI received one of eight prime awards. The five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract was awarded to CACI for a one-year base and a four-year option period. The multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will provide a wide range of intelligence analysis and related services to the defense intelligence community.
The SIA program will provide the Department of Defense Intelligence Community with a responsive, efficient, and reliable means to satisfy requirements for intelligence analysis and related services. Services will meet the full range of defense intelligence requirements in twenty-nine functional mission areas, including global and regional terrorism, WMD programs and proliferation, counterintelligence, strategy and doctrine, and joint force requirements. It will streamline the procurement process for contract intelligence analysis services across the intelligence analysis cycle, including collaboration and dissemination of finished intelligence products to DoD policymakers, combatant commands and war fighters aloft, afloat, and in the field.
