Geospatial Summer Camp (ArcUser Online)
This year the New England Aquarium's program for children entering grades four through nine had campers trading in canoe paddles for GPS units. The Harbor Discoveries Summer Camp integrated geospatial technology with science-based summer camp experiences. Campers learned about GIS and GPS technologies while exploring islands off the coast of Massachusetts and practicing marine science.
