DMTI Spatial Strengthens Management Team Selecting Christina Kwan as Controller

As an integral member of the senior management team, Christina is responsible for managing DMTI's finance organization including the supervision of daily accounting functions, cash flow, payroll, and administration. Christina is in charge of annual budget and financial statement preparation, year-end audit, internal control, financial analysis and decision making, managing income tax returns and other government filings and submissions.

Christina brings to DMTI over 20 years of extensive financial management and operations experience working with leading software and technology vendors. Her experience managing Panorama Software, an international Business Intelligence solutions company with complex financial and tax infrastructures, will be critical in supporting DMTI's aggressive growth strategy into new markets where location intelligence is entering the mainstream. Christina has also managed major system implementations, merger and acquisition activities, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Panorama, Christina held finance management positions for BCE Emergis Inc., Newstar Technologies Inc., and CDI Education Corporation.
