The conference will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California from July 12-16, 2010.

Siniard and Connors will discuss how Level 3 set up a geodatabase to accommodate data from multiple legacy systems of acquired telecoms. Then, they will discuss how Level 3 utilized ESRI and 3-GIS mobile technology to capture and correct the fiber data, giving field technicians a user-friendly tool that could easily sync with the GIS system Level 3 had in place.
