Z/I DMC II 230 Large Format Camera captures Imaging Market

 10 systems in 3 months - ASTEC GmbH one of the first users in Europe

(Aalen/Germany, 21 April 2011) Following the successful worldwide launch of the Z/I DMC II140 camera in 2010, the second model of this series, the Z/I DMC II230,  is now available. The first user in the European sphere is ASTEC GmbH of Kreba-Neudorf/Saxony Germany.

ASTEC GmbH has already taken an important step towards renovating its sensor systems when purchasing two new Leica ALS60 laser scanners from Leica Geosystems at Intergeo 2010. By adding Z/I Imaging´s DMC II230 to their product line, ASTEC is continuing this development and underlining its claim growing to one of the leading remote sensing companies in Europe.
