There is NO cost for the unclassified USGIF Technology Day. All attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance online to avoid long lines at on-site registration.
USGIF Technology Day begins with the Emerging Technologies Showcase, which focuses on winning projects of NGA's Online Services Contest. Later in the afternoon a Commercial SAR Satellite session presents a tutorial on the SAR imaging process and provides an understanding of how sophisticated product applications are generated.
Throughout the day more than 75 exhibitors will provide unclassified demonstrations and display technologies and solutions. Concluding the days events is a joint networking reception with Army Geospatial and Imagery Conference (AGIC) attendees, the Friends of ISR, and other groups from the Defense, Intelligence and Homeland Security Communities.
