Isotrak recruits Mark Ashe from Blue Tree Systems

June 20, 2013 -- Isotrak the UK and US satellite vehicle tracking supplier of choice for many supermarket and retail transport operators has appointed Mark Ashe as New Business and Partner Manager. With a long career in the telematics and vehicle tracking market, Mark Ashe joins Isotrak from Blue Tree Systems and previously Microlise. He will assist Isotrak to further expand its business into new markets and will help to manage and extend the company’s channel partner network throughout the UK.

Isotrak is experiencing good growth and with Mark Ashe on board the company’s management team is strengthened further. The company has also announced new technology developments and channel partnerships that enhance Isotrak telematics.

“Isotrak is a growing, dynamic company and I’m pleased to join the team. It is good to be able to contribute to a company that has vision for its product line and constantly strives to add value for customers who are proactive about driving down costs and environmental impact, while improving customer service. My extensive background in IT and telematics enables me to understand what companies want to gain from their technology investments, and clearly with the flexibility of Isotrak we can deliver solutions that meet their specific needs. This is demonstrated in the diversity of the recent wins we’ve had with Allied Bakeries, Ringtons and Turners (Soham) Ltd,” says Mark Ashe.

Alan Gunner, Isotrak Sales & Marketing Director says: “Isotrak believes in recruiting the best people available and Mark Ashe joins Isotrak during a period of strong growth. His previous experiences with Blue Tree Systems and Microlise give him great insight to the market. He’ll help us to spread the word that Isotrak offers much more than other products because we can tailor it to meet the specific needs of our customers. Furthermore, we can provide seamless integration with other technologies to deliver a comprehensive and single-platform fleet management solution that is easy to use for any size of fleet operation.

“In the UK, we support more than 45,000 vehicle connections for customers including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Skanska Utilities, Royal Mail, Eddie Stobart, DHL and Robert Wiseman Dairies. Combined with our activities in the USA, we are helping our customers worldwide save £100 million on fleet operational costs. With Mark on board we anticipate even greater things.”
