Modesto Irrigation District Selects MIMS

Carlsbad, CA - August 30, 2016 - TC Technology announces Modesto Irrigation District selects MIMS as its mobile information management system. The immediate goal is improvement of its regulatory compliance program.

Modesto Irrigation District, established in 1887, is a vertically integrated public utility located in California's Central Valley. Modesto Irrigation District provides irrigation water to approximately 3,100 agricultural customers, electrical service to more than 117,000 customers and treats, delivers and wholesales drinking water to the City of Modesto.

Modesto Irrigation District selected MIMS to automate all inspections mandated by the California Public Utility Commission. When deployed, field staff will use a single application to create and share all necessary compliance records.

MIMS eliminates paper and redundant data entry using straightforward forms powered by GIS. Recording inspections in the field is quick and easy. Results automatically update systems of record for follow-up such as corrective actions, progress tracking, and compliance reporting.
