This Call for Presentations will run through May 1, 2008. Interested applicants are invited to submit their presentation ideas to Pictometry by contacting their District Manager or submitting ideas to company headquarters in Rochester, NY.
Pictometry’s annual FutureView conference features exhibits from Pictometry business partners and an array of interactive sessions that highlight uses for the company’s geospatial technology in areas such as 9-1-1, GIS, assessing, disaster response and recovery, emergency management, fire, homeland security, and others. GIS Manager Jack Maguire from Lexington County, South Carolina agrees. “The best way to describe FutureView is to say, it’s like riding a rocket,” said Maguire. “From the networking opportunities to sessions that will just wow’ you, it’s a conference dedicated to the technology that’s changing the way we live and work in our county.”
