September 15, 2010 -- Hamid Akhavan, President of Utility Data Contractors, Inc., (UDC) announced the appointment of William Nantell, as the Chief Operating Office of UDC. In making the appointment, Hamid Akhavan noted that Nantell has over 34 years experience serving as an executive manager for a diverse group of organizations, with the last 20 years focused on executive management of IT related service organizations.
