- Everything: Accelerating the growth of location-based services and connectivity. Panelists will explore how growth will come from expanding the definition of a connected device beyond the mobile phone to include anything that has a wireless connection
- Everyone: Working together to drive new revenue opportunities in untapped markets. Attendees will learn why the applications for location-awareness are nearly limitless and, as the technology is embedded into different types of devices, how the market potential explodes.
- Everyplace: Transforming experiences and industries by making connected location solutions available everyplace in a global ecosystem. This discussion will focus on the challenges of merging different technologies, devices and applications into a cohesive system that transparently extends the global availability footprint.
This year’s event again features the popular Fast-Pitch presentations – nine finalists present five-minute, high-intensity use-case demonstrations that showcase the benefits of using the power of location to enhance the daily lives of individuals, enterprises and industries. Showcasing connected location solutions, this year’s presentation categories are:
- Most Innovative Connected Location Device
- Most Innovative Location Application
- Most Innovative Location Everywhere Solution
Attendees of the Summit will be able to utilize SMS-based voting to select their favorites Fast-Pitches from each category, and the winners will receive People’s Choice Awards.
The Summit will conclude with a cocktail reception and awards an extraordinary opportunity to promote excellence and celebrate achievement in the industry. The cocktail reception provides an opportunity for attendees to catch up with old friends, make new acquaintances, interact with other executives and leaders within the location industry and build strategic partnerships.
