GRM Recorder offers a comprehensive, enterprise-level solution for land records management and automated recording and indexing operations, and will provide Logan County with an updated technology platform to more efficiently serve its constituents.
With the combined work of both the Logan County staff and the Manatron Records Management team, a successful conversion was completed in less than 90 days, including Land Records and Public Access areas.
"Our office has been working on improving our systems and processes in order to increase the quality and speed in which we serve the residents of Logan County," said Linda Hanson, Logan County Recorder. "With GRM and the efficiencies it brings to our office, our staff is able to cut down on the time it takes to complete a transaction. In addition, the Public Access module will benefit our constituents by allowing them to access information online."
Logan County is located in West-central Ohio and has a population of approximately 50,000. The County Recorder's office will utilize GRM Recorder software to process the 600+ documents they receive on a monthly basis.
"Manatron is pleased to continue our long-term partnership with Linda Hansen and her team at the Logan County Recorder's office," said Bill McKinzie, Manatron president and chief executive officer. "This installation marks Manatron's first GRM Recorder implementation in Ohio and we look forward to continued momentum throughout the state."
