The CMAS program enables state and local agencies to evaluate information technology consulting services offered by Sanborn, and to establish contracts through an efficient system that eliminates the costly and time consuming competitive bid process. The CMAS program replaces competitive bidding with an informal, simplified method in which customers benefit from the ability to easily purchase services at pre-negotiated rates and terms from an existing, already assessed contract using the Request for Offer (RFO) process.
