Organizations may submit Web content, documentation and training, policies and procedures, memos, e-mails, and other types of written communications developed using the Information Mapping method. Winners will be chosen in each of the following four categories:
-- Best Documentation or Training Material
-- Best Policy or Procedure
-- Best Business Communication, and
-- Best Web Application.
Submissions must include
-- an explanation, such as background or purpose of the example
-- the actual "mapped" material
-- the "source" material, the same material as it existed before applying the Information Mapping method, if available
-- a description of any measurable results, and
-- contact information, such as name, title, company, address, phone, and e-mail address.
All entrants will receive an Information Mapping mug and special recognition by being listed on the IMI Web site with a link to their Web site. The four winners will receive a $25 restaurant or Amazon.com gift certificate and will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, a free seat in an IMI public workshop of their choice, worth up to $1,495. Submissions will be featured on IMI's Web site and online newsletter, Insider Online, distributed to 12,000 people in leading organizations.

To submit materials for consideration, send Microsoft Word, text, or html files to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax copy to 781-547-3200, or mail copy to Information Mapping, Inc., 307 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452, attention "Marketing."
