Fort Collins, CO September 25, 2006 - Spatial Data Technologies (SDT), developers and integrators of mobile mapping solutions, announced today the release of the CartoPac Data Interchange for ArcGIS .

This new extension provides ArcGIS users with greatly expanded mobile capabilities, allowing users to easily transfer geodatabases from the office for use in the field. Field users benefit from full access to the same relational geospatial information used at the workplace, in addition to boosted display performance from SDT's patented high-speed graphics engine.

The CartoPac Data Interchange teamed with CartoPac Enterprise Mobile makes data collection, navigation, and decision support in the field easier than ever before. In addition to built-in GPS support for Trimble and NMEA receivers, custom data collection forms can be dynamically populated from database domains. ArcGIS field users can also easily view and edit data from related data tables during the collection process.
