McHenry County, Illinois Selects Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) to Provide Strategic Planning for Public Safety and Emergency Operations

July 06, 2007 -- Goldsboro, NC – Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. (GTG), a leading provider of professional GIS services and software for local government, announced today that McHenry County, Illinois has retained GTG to provide the Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) with a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Strategic Plan. GTG’s strategic plan will document the current work flow and business processes for the County, identify all GIS/ mapping needs and requirements, and recommend strategies for the effective management of GIS.
