3D Eye Solutions, Inc. Targets Major Digital Markets for Breakthrough 3D Technology in 2009

LONGWOOD, Fla., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTCPK: TDEY) is pleased to announce that the Company is anticipating a successful 2009, following a remarkable year in 2008. Over the course of the last year, 3D Eye Solutions has increased its shareholders' value by acquiring the licensing rights to the Child Watch Network, as well as announcing a dividend of its subsidiary company, AFA Music Group, for all its shareholders.

3D Eye Solutions is a provider to the auto-stereo and stereoscopic media industry. Its Auto-stereoscopic method of displaying 3D images enables its customers to view these images without the use of special headgear or glasses. 3D Eye Solutions' auto-stereoscopic process will also allow movie studios to convert previously shot 2D content into 3D content that requires glasses, creating an additional revenue stream for the studios with no extra processing costs. With superior and widely compatible techniques, 3D Eye Solutions can turn 2D visual data into 3D images. The Company is also in the process of creating the next version of its 3D media player. The new media player will give 3D Eye Solutions' customers a new user friendly interface that enhances the user's experience. The Company anticipates the new version of the 3D media player to be available by the end of first quarter 2009.

Over the last year, the Company appointed an experienced video technology expert, Mike Gibilisco, as its CEO. Additionally, the Company has continued the long term goals of its talent development and management agency, AFA Music Group, Ltd. AFA Music Group's core business is artist development and its full service digital music label (ArtistForArtist).

In 2008, the Company retained licensing rights to the Child Watch Network, a digital network that revolutionizes the child recovery process by allowing the immediate and targeted distribution of critical child recovery information nationwide. Child Watch Network is 100% supported by sponsors with no cost to the host locations and places digital screens in establishments such as restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores and retail stores across the country. The Company plans to integrate its proprietary 3D content delivery system into existing Child Watch Network locations, replacing the traditional 2D screens in 2009.

During the past year, the Company began targeting multiple vertical markets, incorporating movies, digital signage, and video games as direct channels to drive revenue. The Company hopes to capitalize on larger markets as major motion picture studios and other content providers move towards 3D as the future of digital entertainment.

"2008 has been a great year for 3D Eye Solutions. We continue to enhance our processing and algorithmic techniques, and we are also excited for the release of the Company's next version of the 3D media player. Our collaboration with the Child Watch Network is a great indication of our dedication to increasing the value of our shareholder's investments. We look forward to expanding our efforts in the upcoming year," stated Mike Gibilisco, CEO of 3D Eye Solutions, Inc.
