Smart Data Strategies, Inc. Names Jim Miller as Western Regional Sales Manager

FRANKLIN, TN, February 21, 2005 -- Smart Data Strategies, Inc. announced today that Jim Miller has joined the company as Western Regional Sales Manager. His regional office will be based out of Denver, Colorado and his territory will be primarily the western United States.

Mr. Miller comes to us with a wealth of experience in large account sales. Mr. Miller attended University of Colorado at Boulder where he received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. Mr. Miller most recently worked for L-3 Storm Control Systems, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer/Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for sales process development and direct sales to organizations including the US Government, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing.
Prior, Mr. Miller worked at Space Imaging as Canada and Alaska Sales Manager whose responsibilities included global market segmentation, product development, and channel development for Canada and Alaska.

Mr. Miller brings a varied Sales background which includes Engineering and Construction sales for the Mining and Petroleum industry. He has developed an international sales channel for distribution of satellite imagery to the Petroleum industry. In addition, Mr. Miller worked in Corporate Development and Sales at Houg Enterprises, Inc., a provider of shipping and warehousing services to fortune 500 companies, primarily servicing the Western US.

Mr. Miller is married to a wonderful wife, Marilyn Joi. They make their home in picturesque Roxborough Park, Colorado.
