The aircraft for obtaining this support unexpectedly became unavailable, so ULA had to seek an alternative means of capturing this telemetry. ULA has taken the necessary steps and fully expects that this support will be in place for the new planned target launch date of September 4.

ESRI and

PCI Geomatics, a developer of software and solutions for geospatial imaging applications, has announced the appointment of Allan Place as Global Sales Director. Mr. Place will be responsible for PCI Geomatics’ direct sales, as well as the company’s international reseller channel.

Adapx announced the appointment of Andrew Lee as senior vice president of sales. Lee will drive the worldwide sales and business development growth of the Capturx award-winning software that digitally enables paper-based maps, design, notes, and forms for use with digital pens.

IDV Solutions released Visual Fusion Experience 3.0 (VFX), the award-winning rich internet application (RIA) complement to Visual Fusion Server. VFX is the user experience for the Visual Fusion suite of products, a platform for building visual composite applications which unite disparate data in the common context of location and time. Visual Fusion integrates with many products, including Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint’s Business Data Catalog, Virtual Earth, SQL Server 2008, Oracle, ArcSDE, Web services and feeds, and other services. VFX enables the dynamic visualization of and intuitive interaction with enterprise data and Web services through a set of rich user
interface components that can be deployed as SharePoint Web Parts or as interactive Web page components.

TerraGo Technologies announced the release of Map2PDF Professional for Acrobat, version 4.1. On the heels of last week’s release of Map2PDF for ArcGIS 4.0, ’s announcement further demonstrates TerraGo’s commitment to helping organizations embrace multiple, disparate geospatial data sources for easy consumption by non-GIS users.

Aerial and satellite imagery, topographic maps, and terrain data available from
ESRI's ArcGIS Online Services can now be accessed and purchased via the Web application DataDoors for ArcGIS. Developed by ESRI business partner i-cubed, the application enables geographic information system (GIS) users to select, order, and acquire a variety of raster data, available online, for offline usage in their GIS projects.

ERDAS announces the release of ERDAS TITAN 2009, providing more flexibility in the industry’s most unique online network for sharing data. ERDAS TITAN 2009 supports additional services and provides true interoperability to the leading geospatial solutions, including ERDAS IMAGINE, ERDAS Image Web Server, ERDAS APOLLO and ArcGIS.

ERDAS TITAN is a permission-based tool for publishing, searching and retrieving geospatial information across organizations and end users.

Digital Data Technologies, Inc. (DDTI), has developed its AccuGlobe Data Maintenance solution to address that issue and make data updates available in Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to enhance response effectiveness. Unveiled at this year's Urban Regional Information Systems Association (URISA) and National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Addressing Conference in Portland, DDTI's Data Maintenance also eliminates versioning, symptomatic of multiple addressing authorities making multiple changes without any reliable way to merge them to one database.

P2 Energy Solutions, the industry’s leading provider of oil and gas software, is pleased to announce the development of Enterprise Land Lease Acquisition 1.0. Lease Acquisition will provide a way to easily capture and report on lease, mineral and surface ownership information based on legal land descriptions.
