Clip DRG's in ArcView 8 Report this article as Inappropriate to us !!!Login to Reply

I am new to the GIS community, and only have minimal skills using ArcView 8. So far, I have only taken Lesson 1 from the free class ESRI provided with ArcView 8. What I have learned so far has been self-taught.

My question being: How can I clip the border from a DRG file in ArcView 8, I use DRG files from PA (http://www.pasda.psu.edu/home.shtml). Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

The quick n' dirty way to do it is to go to properties - symbology and turn off all the white symbols in the symbology.

Here is a link to get the job done right with an extension
