Merging DTED Report this article as Inappropriate to us !!!Login to Reply

Good day, I am interested in geographical information systems but I am a beginner in this area. I have some dted level 0 files which I would like to merge to form a bigger DTED file. Then I would like to convert these files into Open Flight or Meta Flight files. As I am new in this area, I made a search on the Web, and came across your site. Could you please tell if there exists such a program which can perform the the operations that I mentioned above. I'd apprecaite if you could help me.

Thank you very much

I am afraid this is not can happened because dted0 elevation data's post spacing are 30 arc second.

DTED1 post spacing is 1 arc second.

It is moore easy to find dted1 data than to merge them in a higer level

Hope to help you
